The Silibake Silicone Pastry Mat is a lay flat countertop kitchen mat designed to make baking and cooking assistance a breeze.
The pastry mat lays flat on your countertop or any other surface and sticks superbly so doesn’t move or bunch up as you roll out the dough (like other mats do). Making a pie or pizza crust from scratch, rolling out cooking dough or making homemade biscuits is so much easier when using this amazing mat. Having a non stick surface means there is no need to use extra flour or oil to keep pastry items from sticking when rolling them out.
The Silibake Silicone Pastry Mat is very thin so it rolls up into a small space and takes up very little space in a drawer. It is also freezer, over and dishwasher safe but can also be easily cleaned by hand with soap and water.
Temperature resistant from -40c to + 230c means you can take it from the freezer straight into the microwave or oven. The mat has reinforced cloth covered but premium food grade silicone making it strong and durable.
The mat is made of the highest grade FDA certified silicone and measures 59cm x 35cm.
