POSTAGE

We offer complimentary postage within the UK on a standard postage basis meaning that we can send the item at any class of postage but guarantee it to be delivered in 1-3 days from the time of purchase.  All other postage types are listed on our site and should be selected if you are unhappy with the complimentary service offered.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You can return or exchange any item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.

If the item you wish to return is faulty, we will require photo proof of the faulty item so that we can assess the situation correctly for both parties. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, eg. your, PayPal account or Stripe account.

If you change your mind on a purchased item and if we are advised within one hour of purchase being made, we will have the order cancelled

Normal rules on use of item and condition apply for any item and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded unless the item can be proven to be faulty at time of receipt. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.

If for any reason a product you have ordered is not available or out of stock, we will also refund you via PayPal or Stripe, and in this case any shipping costs will be refunded.

Please note: We are unable to return or exchange an item that is not being returned or exchanged by the original purchaser.
