Yes, the majority of our cabochon cufflink range is exclusive and can only be purchased directly from us.  We work directly with manufacturers and import to the highest quality for these items.  We are also able from time to time to take on your own designs so don't hesitate to contact us.
We try to dispatch items as quickly as possible from the time of order so we normally allow 3-4 hours from the time of order to change your mind before we send the item to you.  If you change your mind within this time we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We offer a 30 day returns policy where if you have received the item and in the unlikely event that you do not want it anymore we offer a no hassle return and refund policy.  If you purchase an item and change your mind you will need to post the item back to us at your expense and we will then action the full item cost refund once we have the item returned in hand. In the very rare occasions where an item received is faulty we will ask you to send us a picture of the item and if the fault is confirmed we will arrange a refund without putting you through the hassle of returning the item.
We do not share any data with any third parties at all so you can rest assured that any information you give to us will be kept securely within our systems.  This obviously excludes any payment details such as credit card numbers which we do not store nor have access too. When you purchase something from us you are able to do so as either a signing up process or as a guest. When you provide us with your address and email we will from time to time send out some product information but if you are not happy with this you can of course opt out and we will not send you anything. Our site security both on payments and data is of the upmost importance to us and we will ensure constantly that the high standards mentioned above are adhered too.
Yes we certainly do.  We have sent 100s of items to many overseas countries including France, Italy, Australia, USA, China and more. We offer FREE postage within the UK but offer heavily discounted postage rates to International locations from only £2.50 per order.
Although we don't show this on our website we can indeed offer bulk purchase discounts.  These are particularly useful for weddings, group party events, business events and conferences or simply that someone likes a lot of the designs and wants to purchase them all. If you are interested in purchasing more than five of our cufflinks or products at the same time please contact us either by the email or telephone number shown under contact us on our website. http://cufflinksgifthub.co.uk/contact-us/ We are not currently providing a service for wholesale but this may change in the future.
For all of our cufflinks orders we include free standard postage.  This means that any order includes a postage service that is either 1st or 2nd class. We also offer affordable upgrade postage options for next day delivery or other signed for services. For International customers we don't offer free postage but we do offer the lowest rates possible on International postage.
